Medical staff is greeted by the pilot at a stop during a recent commercial-stretcher medical transport from Los Angeles, CA to Kathmandu, Nepal.  This team, comprised of a nurse practitioner, RN and LPN, cared for our paraplegic, oxygen-dependent patient for nearly 20 hours.

From the Sarasota, Florida Herald Tribune, March 27, 2007: The Bureau of Emergency Medical Services, a division of the Florida Department of Health, recently conducted a random site survey of medical aircraft and equipment owned and operated by Intensive Air Ambulance, Inc. The survey rated the performance of the vehicles, medical equipment and service records “exemplary.”
