Payment Options
U.S. Air Ambulance accepts the following payment options for any of our transport services:
- All major credit cards
- Wire transfers
- Money orders
- Cashiers checks
- Insurance company letters of guarantee
In some instances, family members share the cost of the transport by combining their credit cards. You can give us as many cards as you’d like to guarantee the trip, then just tell us how much to charge on each card. We’ll authorize the cards prior to the trip and will charge them after the trip has been successfully completed.
Additionally, we may be able to help you raise the authorization limit on one or more of your credit cards, if necessary; and will assist with paperwork involved in requesting insurance guarantees and/or reimbursements.
